Key Responsibilities

• Author realistic task prompts focused on accounting reconciliation and analysis
• Write scoring rubrics that define numerical outcomes and reasoning steps
• Calibrate task difficulty by adjusting data complexity and ambiguity

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as an accountant, finance analyst, or in a related role
• Strong numerical reasoning and ability to solve multi-step reconciliation problems
• Solid knowledge of revenue recognition principles and standard accounting workflows
• Ability to define verifiable correctness criteria for financial tasks
• Comfortable working with financial documents and accounting system outputs
