Finance Technology Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and delivery of Finance Technology initiatives, the full-time Manager, Finance Technology will oversee critical workstreams including Sales Audit, Procure-to-Pay, and Tax, while managing technology portfolios and driving large-scale implementations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and execute technology roadmaps, driving modernization initiatives across Finance Technology platforms
• Provide end-to-end ownership of Finance Technology workstreams, prioritizing initiatives and aligning technology investments with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness, financial controls, and reporting capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven track record in Finance system implementation and managing Finance Technology platforms
• Strong experience with Sales Audit platforms and Procure-to-Pay processes
• Demonstrated expertise in integrating enterprise applications with ERP systems like PeopleSoft Financials and Oracle Cloud Financials
• Experience leading production support organizations and managing vendor relationships in a complex enterprise environment
