Finance Transformation Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the design and implementation of finance processes and technology, the full-time Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation will manage requirements discovery, process documentation, and testing related to the ERP Modernization program, specifically focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements discovery and document business, functional, and reporting requirements with clear acceptance criteria
• Assess proposed designs for finance-process fit and support gap-resolution activities while developing and executing test scenarios
• Partner with process and control owners to identify and document key considerations within future-state designs, including SOX and audit-trail requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance transformation, or ERP implementation
• Working knowledge of core finance processes such as record-to-report and procure-to-pay
• Experience with an ERP platform, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI and process-mapping tools is preferred
