Job Summary
To support a leading U.S. healthcare and health insurance organization, the full-time remote Finance Transformation Lead will manage the development of a state-of-the-art finance platform, collaborating with CFOs and senior leaders to define the future operating model and transformation roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Interview and facilitate workshops with CFOs and senior finance leaders across various departments
- Define the Finance Platform North Star and target operating model while assessing current finance processes for transformation opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives throughout the transformation process
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience at the intersection of Finance, Insurance, and Transformation
- Strong finance and accounting expertise with experience in complex finance transformations
- Ability to work credibly with CFO-level stakeholders
- Experience connecting Finance with Actuarial, Risk, Operations, and Technology
- U.S. health insurance/payer finance experience is a strong advantage, but not required
