Finance Transformation Manager

Job Summary

Leading finance transformation initiatives, the full-time Finance Transformation Manager will deliver expert accounting and financial support to buy-side clients, enhance finance functions for acquired entities, and provide advisory services throughout the transaction process while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple finance transformation engagements, overseeing workstreams including accounting, FP&A, and technology
• Implement robust accounting processes and policies to address financial information gaps and ensure accurate data generation
• Develop client relationships and identify performance improvement opportunities while managing engagement operations and resources

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in public accounting, operational finance leadership, or M&A, preferably with private equity portfolio and high-growth companies
• Experience in transforming finance functions to serve as strategic partners across businesses
• High-level comprehension of accounting principles and effective communication skills
• Forward-thinking mindset with interest in finance and technology integration
• Experience in hiring, developing, and leading finance teams
