Finance Transformation Manager

Job Summary

As a remote opportunity, the Senior Manager, Finance Transformation will manage the integration of finance transformation initiatives, oversee project management for the finance portfolio, and ensure SOX readiness while collaborating with Accounting, IT, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner across various teams, facilitating communication and alignment on finance transformation projects
• Own the project management discipline for the Finance Transformation portfolio, including tracking progress and preparing updates for leadership
• Drive initiatives to improve close cadence and control quality, while managing remediation plans for SOX readiness

Required qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in finance transformation, accounting operations, or process improvement, with a focus on cross-functional project leadership
• Strong project/program management skills, with PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Solid accounting fluency, with experience in SOX compliance and financial reporting risk remediation
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and familiarity with multi-entity, international operations preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems; CPA preferred
