Job Summary
Managing the Finance & Accounting AI transformation roadmap, the full-time remote Sr. Finance Transformation Manager will partner with functional leaders to identify AI use cases, oversee solution delivery, and establish governance frameworks to enhance finance processes.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain the Finance & Accounting AI transformation roadmap, including project intake and prioritization
- Partner with Finance & Accounting Process Leads to identify high-value AI opportunities and track benefits realization
- Design role-based learning paths and lead change management efforts for AI adoption within the Finance & Accounting function
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting Transformation, with at least 3+ years in AI or automation initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in scaling AI transformation programs
- Strong knowledge of core Finance and Accounting processes
- Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, or related discipline; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
