Finance Transformation SME
Job Summary
To support a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program, the contract Finance Transformation SME will serve as the primary Finance representative for designing, testing, deploying, and optimizing future-state Record-to-Report (RTR) processes in a fully-remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and validation of future-state RTR processes aligned with SAP best practices while ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit standards
- Drive design decisions for product costing, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis, partnering with cross-functional teams to support financial integration
- Support solution design, testing, and deployment activities, including User Acceptance Testing and change management efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 15+ years of progressive Finance experience within manufacturing environments
- Deep expertise in product costing, manufacturing accounting, and financial reporting
- Significant involvement in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO and related financial processes
