Finance Vice President
Job Summary
To lead Finance as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, the full-time remote Finance Vice President will own the financial strategy, oversee capital allocation, and build the Finance organization to support the company's growth.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the CEO's financial thought partner on growth strategy, investment priorities, and profitability
- Own fundraising, debt strategy, M&A, and build investor relationships while preparing for future capital events
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and develop metrics to provide business insights to leadership
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or related fields, preferably in high-growth technology
- Exceptional financial modeling skills with a strong understanding of cash flow and capital allocation
- Proven experience in communicating complex financial stories to investors and executive teams
- Experience building and developing high-performing Finance teams in rapidly scaling environments
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
