Finance Vice President

Job Summary

Leading financial strategy and reporting, the full-time hybrid VP of Finance will manage the financial health of the US subsidiary, ensuring compliance and providing strategic insights to senior leadership while overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Oversee compliance with regulatory standards and internal financial policies while managing financial forecasting and budgeting
• Provide strategic financial insights to guide business decisions and support revenue and profitability targets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA qualification preferred
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role
• Strong background in financial controllership, accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting and forecasting
• Proficiency in financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
