Job Summary
As a key member of the Wellbeing Leadership Team, the full-time salaried VP of Finance will lead financial planning and analysis, drive cost and performance improvements, and develop pricing strategies to enhance member engagement and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning and analysis for core Wellbeing functions and collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency
- Track unit cost metrics, identify cost drivers, and launch initiatives to enhance performance and evaluate investments
- Develop and maintain pricing frameworks and financial models for new business, renewals, and large client implementations
Required qualifications
- Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Progressive experience in finance leadership, including FP&A, pricing, and business partnering
- Background in wellbeing, health, benefits, or healthcare SaaS and services businesses preferred
- Advanced financial modeling skills, including pricing models and scenario analysis
- Experience evaluating vendor contracts and outsourcing models for financial efficiency
