Job Summary

Leading the management and execution of financial fund allocation rules, the full-time Financial Advisor will provide subject matter expertise on CMS financial reporting requirements and resolve funding discrepancies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee capitation review and validation activities across multiple Medicaid clients
• Analyze financial and payroll data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of Business Analyst experience in healthcare or Medicaid
• Proficiency in data analysis and troubleshooting financial discrepancies
• Two years of experience with SQL Server, including reading and writing queries
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple pay cycles in a fast-paced environment
