Job Summary
Guiding students through the financial aid process, the full-time Financial Aid Advisor will assist with FAFSA completion, award packaging, and compliance while working remotely or in Draper, UT.
Key responsibilities
- Guide students and families through the financial aid process and determine eligibility for aid
- Review and analyze financial aid applications, manage verification files, and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate across departments to support enrollment, retention, and student satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience working directly with students and families in Financial Aid
- Working knowledge of Title IV financial aid regulations
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
