Providing expert analytical and financial services, the full-time remote Financial Analyst 2, Connecticut will manage post-award functions, ensuring compliance and optimizing the use of research funds while collaborating with faculty and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage post-award financial functions and conduct complex modeling for resource planning
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective relationship management and support for financial planning
• Develop training resources and best practices to enhance financial and budgetary management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Experience in financial analysis and budget management, preferably in a research or academic setting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with database query tools
