Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support the scaling and optimization of financial operations, the remote Financial Analyst will manage financial modeling, invoicing workflows, and provider payment processes while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
• Own and manage invoicing workflows and provider payment processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Drive month-end and quarter-end reporting processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing enhancements

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A, preferably in healthcare or transportation sectors
• Expertise in Power BI, advanced Excel modeling, and SQL; experience with QuickBooks and AI-driven workflow automation
• Strong understanding of SaaS financial structures and subscription pricing; familiarity with healthcare billing is a plus
• Knowledge of GAAP and standard reporting practices; CPA or CFA designation preferred
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and operational improvements
