Financial Analyst
Job Summary
To support financial operations, the full-time Financial Analyst will manage financial planning and analysis, oversee treasury and cash management, and collaborate with leadership to enhance reporting and forecasting processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and refresh management reporting, including P&L packages and KPI dashboards
- Own the rolling cash forecast and daily cash position, ensuring accurate reporting across all accounts
- Analyze brand profitability and marketing efficiency, providing insights to support financial decision-making
Required qualifications
- Three to seven years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, treasury, or a comparable analytical finance role
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and financial modeling
- Experience with QuickBooks Online or a comparable accounting system
- Comfort using AI tools, particularly Claude, for data analysis and reporting
