Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic financial initiatives, the full-time Financial Analyst will manage financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering in a remote environment, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Own the budgeting and in-year re-forecast cycle, including data gathering and financial modeling
• Produce source materials for financial close and coordinate timely accruals with cross-functional partners
• Build and automate reporting and FP&A processes using AI tools and FP&A software

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to create forecasts and variance analyses from scratch
• Strong understanding of financial statements and the ability to connect operational KPIs to financial metrics
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with AI tools for automating finance workflows is a plus
