Financial Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Engage business segment, the full-time Financial Analyst will analyze SaaS metrics, manage financial models for revenue forecasting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide business insights, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze SaaS metrics including MRR, ARR, churn rates, CAC, LTV, and expansion revenue
- Own and improve financial models for revenue and gross profit forecasting, unit economics, and scenario planning
- Act as a business partner to the Engage Product team by providing proactive analysis and insights for decision-making
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in a financial analyst role, preferably in SaaS or subscription businesses
- Proficiency in Excel and strong skills in PowerPoint
- Experience with Tableau, Netsuite, Anaplan, and/or Salesforce is a plus
- Proven ability to visualize data and tell a compelling story
- Strong customer service focus and a collaborative team player mindset
