Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Technology & Digital organization, the full-time Financial Analyst will deliver budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while acting as a strategic business partner and ensuring compliance with accounting policies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver transparent financial reporting and deep-dive analysis on Technology & Digital operating expenses for leadership
• Act as a key thought partner to Technology leaders, enabling informed decision-making by connecting teams with Commercial Finance partners
• Manage monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and maintaining data integrity across financial systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably supporting technology or IT organizations
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Anaplan, Peoplesoft)
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights for senior leadership
• Strong desire to streamline processes and implement automated solutions
