Job Summary
To support vital financial operations, the temporary Financial Analyst will manage lease invoice processing, perform landlord reconciliations, and provide day-to-day finance support while working in-office Tuesday through Thursday and remotely Monday and Friday in Cupertino, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and accurately process lease invoices within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Perform and meticulously review landlord reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Provide day-to-day finance support for the lease portfolio, ensuring smooth operations
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a financial role, preferably within this range
- Experience with ERP systems
- Proven experience dealing with landlords and third-party vendors
- Demonstrated experience in payment processing or accounts payable
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or commensurate experience
