Financial Analyst
Job Summary
As a strategic finance partner, the full-time remote FP&A Analyst will deliver advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and decision support, driving planning cycles and translating complex data into actionable insights for the business.
Key responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial analysis and reporting for assigned functions or business units
- Own and support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and headcount planning processes in partnership with functional leaders
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate investments and operational decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience partnering with business leaders and presenting insights to senior stakeholders
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced credential preferred
