Financial Analyst
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time remote Financial Analyst will manage sales commission calculations, track key SaaS financial metrics, and support financial reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own sales commission calculations and ensure accurate reporting in partnership with Accounting
- Track and analyze key SaaS financial metrics, including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and customer retention
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership and investors
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, sales compensation, or financial analysis
- Hands-on experience with sales commission calculations and interpreting commission plans
- Strong Excel skills for managing complex data and maintaining financial models
- Ability to manage recurring deadlines within monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles
