Job Summary

Supporting the Director of Finance, the full-time salaried Financial Analyst will perform complex financial analyses, manage reporting on business performance, and assist in budgeting and forecasting, with the option for remote work based on supervisor approval.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial analyses and examinations of hospital operations to inform decision-making
• Create and manage budgets and forecasts for revenue, operational expenses, and capital items
• Provide training to management on financial report interpretation and participate in finance improvement projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• Two years of experience in financial and accounting operations, including monthly close and financial analysis
• One year of experience in financial quantitative aptitude and presenting results to non-financial audiences
• Thorough knowledge of medical facility operations
• Positive employment references demonstrating satisfactory performance in prior roles
