Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, the full-time Financial Analyst will develop and implement the annual budget, conduct monthly forecasts, and analyze operating results in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and financial data to create financial models supporting organizational decision-making
• Develop financial plans and reports, providing variance analysis and insights for management
• Serve as a liaison between finance and other departments, enhancing financial reporting and analysis processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, business, or health care-related field; MBA preferred
• Two years of experience in corporate finance or finance experience in health care or HME
• Expert level of Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
• Demonstrated competence in presenting complex financial information to executives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
