Job Summary
Supporting corporate finance initiatives, the full-time Financial Analyst, G&A will manage planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis of general and administrative expenses while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the finance partner to assigned functional leaders, assisting with annual budgets and monthly forecasts
- Prepare monthly results, variance analyses, and management reports to explain G&A performance and identify operational drivers
- Develop and maintain expense models for headcount, compensation, and departmental costs, while analyzing vendor and initiative-level spend
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, or accounting
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in a G&A or cost-center finance context
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with familiarity in financial systems or planning platforms
- Interest in using AI or automation tools to enhance finance processes and reporting
