Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Financial Analyst will prepare and analyze complex financial data, manage operational budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial forecasting and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare the Operational Budget in partnership with the Director of Finance and Leadership Team
- Review presentations from business units to ensure data consistency and alignment with corporate strategy
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting, providing insights on financial performance and variances
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of experience in finance
- Strong general ledger accounting experience and familiarity with monthly closings
- Exceptional skills in Excel and financial modeling
- Ability to analyze financial and business indicators to drive actionable insights
