Financial Analyst Consultant

Job Summary

To support strategic growth initiatives, the full-time remote Financial Analyst Consultant will lead the development and analysis of financial plans, performance reporting, and key performance indicators while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-level financial expertise through data analysis and interpretation for decision support
• Lead key financial processes such as operating budgets, forecasting, and cost accounting within the assigned area or region
• Ensure regulatory compliance and assist internal customers with contractual and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in financial management
• Proficiency in sophisticated software programs and advanced analytical skills
• Operational knowledge in healthcare and strong leadership abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse stakeholders
