Financial Analyst I
Job Summary
Supporting the FP&A organization, the full-time Financial Analyst I will provide financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights while working remotely to evaluate financial performance, conduct trend analysis, and assist in process improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and develop models to support operational decision-making and variance analyses
- Compile and interpret large datasets, utilizing SQL queries and laboratory reporting tools for data analysis
- Prepare and present analytical findings and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in Finance with 1+ years of experience in financial analysis or related fields
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Experience in financial modeling and variance analysis
