Financial Analyst II
Job Summary
To support a high-performing finance team, the full-time Financial Analyst II will manage financial modeling, data analytics, and M&A support while working remotely for two months before transitioning to a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain advanced financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Create dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel to provide leadership with visibility into performance
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare executive-level presentations that explain financial outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2-3 years of financial analysis experience in a data-driven or tech-enabled environment
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and forecasting techniques
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; experience with ERP systems such as BST is preferred
- Experience with financial modeling and conducting variance analysis
