Job Summary
To support the decision-making processes in a mission-driven healthcare environment, the full-time remote Financial Analyst II will analyze operational processes and financial performance, create and optimize financial reports, and collaborate with leadership on budget and productivity initiatives.

- Collaborate with department managers and senior leadership during the annual budget process and monthly operating reviews
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in decision support or financial analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
- Solid understanding of general accounting principles and cost accounting
- Experience in database queries/management and report writing
