Financial Analyst II - AZ Licensed

Job Summary

To support the Reimbursement department, the full-time Financial Analyst II - AZ Licensed will prepare mandatory regulatory reports, assist in reconciliation processes, and provide financial analysis support, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports for Medicare, Medicaid, and other agencies
• Participate in reconciliation processes between Valleywise Health and the Medical Group
• Provide financial analysis support to department managers and senior management regarding revenue and costs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of healthcare reimbursement or financial analysis experience
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement regulations and reporting requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Access and Excel, for data analysis
• Familiarity with hospital claim payment and patient accounting systems
