Financial Analyst - Retail
Job Summary
Supporting financial planning and analysis for the North America commercial business, the full-time remote Financial Analyst - Retail will manage quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and variance analysis while collaborating with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Support quarterly forecast and annual budget processes by updating models and coordinating with stakeholders
- Prepare summary reports and perform variance analysis to communicate key drivers and trends to finance leadership
- Assist in maintaining financial models and support ad hoc analysis for decision-making initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles
- Prior experience in the Consumer Products or Retail industry is a plus
- Proficient Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic financial modeling
- Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, or similar financial systems preferred
