Financial Asset Management Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting day-to-day financial execution for the regional portfolio, the full-time Financial Asset Management Analyst will manage portfolio maintenance, prepare Investment Committee materials, and provide analytical support for asset management initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update asset-level financial models for forecasting and reporting
- Support the preparation of Investment Committee materials and ensure consistency with underlying models
- Provide analytical support for asset management projects and prepare recurring financial reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business, or economics preferred
- Entry-level to one year of analyst experience
- Exposure to ARGUS preferred but not required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team-focused environment
