Job Summary
Managing projects related to the 401(k) MEP and Benefits Billing, the full-time remote Financial Benefits Project Manager will develop processes, oversee onboarding, and enhance team productivity through collaboration with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage projects related to the 401(k) MEP Benefit and Benefits Billing, including audits and process automation
- Evaluate current processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency within the Financial Benefits teams
- Ensure compliance with regulations and communicate recommendations to enhance operational efficiency across departments
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of work experience in operations or project management
- Prior Retirement experience is required
- PMP certification preferred; Retirement Plan Fundamentals (RPF) certification or equivalency required
- Experience with AI programs and automation applications strongly preferred
- Knowledge of benefits billing preferred
