Financial Cash Disbursements Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure the efficiency of pre and post payment operations, the full-time Financial Cash Disbursements Analyst will manage foreign and domestic wire processes, assist with vendor balance resolutions, and streamline disbursement strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle the complete foreign and domestic wire process, including review of invoices and authorizations
• Assist in resolving negative vendor balances through credit sells or refunds
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy

Required qualifications:

• College degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in payment processing or related accounts payable functions
• Effective analytical and reconciliation skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Ability to handle and analyze large amounts of data accurately
