Job Summary

To support the Heart Institute Administration, the full-time Financial Clearance Representative will efficiently obtain pre-authorizations for services and medications, verify insurance information, and collaborate with various departments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently obtain pre-authorizations for scheduled services and medications, ensuring minimal stress for families
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet productivity standards, accurately collecting and entering insurance information
• Serve as a liaison between multiple departments to resolve issues and support insurance pre-authorization processes
