Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of clients, the full-time salaried Financial Coach will provide personalized financial coaching and support to working families, helping them improve their financial well-being through remote engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients via phone, chat, and email to understand their financial goals and challenges
• Support clients during financial crises by providing guidance and connecting them with resources
• Evaluate clients' financial situations and develop actionable plans for their immediate and long-term needs

Required qualifications

• Genuine desire to reduce financial stress and improve the financial health of working families
• Experience in a customer- or client-facing role with a focus on improving client situations
• Preferred experience in banking, financial planning, or credit counseling
• Empathetic and nonjudgmental approach to client interactions
• Strong critical-thinking skills and comfort with technology, including Google Workspace and Slack
