Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Consultant (Retirement Consultant) to provide guidance on retirement savings options.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide over-the-phone guidance to customers regarding their employer-sponsored retirement accounts
• Discuss and educate customers on available account options such as 401K and IRAs
• Deepen customer relationships with the company through effective engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably inside sales
• Current FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7 & 63 registrations
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and independently
• Demonstrated sales and relationship management skills
