Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Consultant (Retirement Consultant) to provide guidance on retirement savings options.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide over-the-phone guidance to customers regarding their employer-sponsored retirement accounts
- Discuss and educate customers on available account options such as 401K and IRAs
- Deepen customer relationships with the company through effective engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably inside sales
- Current FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7 & 63 registrations
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and independently
- Demonstrated sales and relationship management skills
