Financial Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting the Sourcing & Trade function, the remote Financial Consultant will manage reporting and analysis across Optum-owned pharmacies, focusing on financial modeling, accrual estimation, and data-driven insights to enhance financial performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead accrual estimation processes and present findings to finance and accounting leadership monthly
• Manage actuals reporting and forecasting for Sourcing & Trade value while building relationships with finance leads
• Create and maintain financial models to identify opportunities and assess legislative impacts

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• Experience preparing and delivering financial results or modeling to management
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and managing large data sets
• Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable conclusions
