Financial Consultant

Job Summary

To support financial planning and analysis within a growing pharmacy organization, the full-time Financial Consultant will manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close, ensuring alignment with business strategies
• Analyze financial metrics and present actionable insights to senior leadership, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional business leaders to provide financial guidance and support decision-making

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) or accounting
• Experience building and maintaining financial models with strong financial statement analysis skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
• Ability to synthesize complex financial data and communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences
