Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time salaried Financial Control Senior Consultant will execute risk assessments and controls for Agency Compensation processes, assist business objectives, and manage multiple deadlines while collaborating with IT and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise Business Unit leaders on internal controls, processes, and procedures
- Lead data analysis on Compensation programs and manage related projects
- Ensure accuracy and currency of agency compensation processes and controls documentation
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in finance or related field
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Finance and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- Experience in Financial Analysis and Process Improvements
- Proficiency in reporting and data analysis
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
