Job Summary
Leading the model analytics function for the Financial Crimes Program, the full-time Financial Crimes Analytics Officer will design and implement initiatives to ensure effective tools and insights for identifying potential financial crimes, while managing a team and collaborating with stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee financial crimes model analytics initiatives and data strategy, including team management and performance assessments
- Develop and maintain monitoring and performance reporting processes to ensure models meet business objectives
- Identify and recommend changes to models and processes to enhance operational efficiency and data quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Seven years of experience with SAS or similar model development software applied to large data problems
- Proven management experience in leading projects and teams to successful outcomes
- Demonstrated analytical and project management skills, particularly in metrics and reporting
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
