Financial Crimes QA Senior Analyst
Job Summary
To support the execution and improvement of the quality assurance program for Financial Crimes activities, the remote Financial Crimes QA Senior Analyst will manage quality checks, provide coaching to QA Analysts, and perform complex QA reviews across BSA/AML, Sanctions, and Fraud processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks of analyst work to ensure adherence to QA standards and procedures
- Review deficiencies and assist with validation of issue remediation while preparing QA reporting and metrics
- Execute complex QA reviews to evaluate accuracy, completeness, and alignment with regulatory expectations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field
- 5-8+ years of experience in Financial Crimes with direct involvement in 2LoD Compliance or Quality Assurance
- Strong knowledge of BSA/AML and sanctions regulatory expectations
- Experience reviewing complex financial crime cases and providing oversight
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess quality of judgment and oversight
