Financial Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support data-informed decision-making, the full-time Financial Data Analyst will maintain financial reports and dashboards, perform variance analyses, and manage data extraction and validation in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain recurring financial, enrollment, and operational reports for School leadership and program administrators
• Extract, clean, reconcile, and validate data from various institutional sources while performing budget-to-actual and trend analyses
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel-based analytical tools, providing clear summaries and presentations of findings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with structured data and analytical tools through professional, academic, or applied projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization and analytical functions
• Ability to analyze information from multiple sources with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
