Financial Design Consultant
Job Summary
To support the implementation of invoicing solutions, the full-time Financial Design Consultant will manage client relationships, analyze functional requirements, and develop documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure successful testing and implementation of invoicing solutions from a financial systems perspective
- Evaluate and reconcile information from multiple sources to identify user needs and requirements
- Communicate with internal and external customers to deliver necessary documentation, including Business and Functional Requirements
Required qualifications
- Prior hands-on billing or accounts receivable experience
- Technical knowledge of billing systems and AR back-office platforms
- Experience creating technical work instructions and operational documentation
- Proven ability to audit and reconcile financial discrepancies
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft or Workday is preferred
