Financial Director
Job Summary
Owning the full finance function, the full-time remote Financial Director will manage company-wide financial operations with a strong focus on the US market, ensuring compliance and readiness for IPO while providing clear financial visibility to support strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee financial management, focusing on US operations and compliance
- Build and maintain executive-level reporting across P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support growth decisions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in senior finance roles (Finance Director / Head of Finance / CFO-level scope)
- Strong hands-on expertise with the US market, including finance, accounting, tax, and regulatory basics
- Proven experience supporting IPO or pre-IPO processes
- Background in a fast-growing IT company or startup environment
