Financial Edge NXT Consultant
Job Summary
To foster long-term consulting relationships, the full-time remote Financial Edge NXT Consultant will deliver customized consulting, engage proactively with customers, and contribute to service offerings to maximize the value of their software subscription.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver customized prescriptive consulting to a diverse portfolio of Financial Edge NXT customers
- Engage with customers throughout their engagement to support product adoption and relationship building
- Shape new success services offerings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience using, supporting, or consulting on Blackbaud Financial Edge (FE7 and FENXT)
- Experience in multiple areas of accounting is encouraged
- Proven ability to engage with key stakeholders and drive organizational change
- Strong attention to detail in understanding customer needs
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage a portfolio of customers with limited supervision
