Financial Management Analyst

Job Summary

To support investigative sites, the full-time Financial Management Analyst will manage the preparation and oversight of budgets and contracts, develop negotiation strategies, and ensure timely execution of agreements in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and negotiate complex grant budgets and Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) on behalf of investigative sites
• Liaise with legal departments and investigative sites to ensure timely execution of contracts and provide updates on budget statuses
• Generate reports to summarize financial information and support audits with accurate documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of experience in contract and budget management within the clinical research industry
• Intermediate knowledge of contract principles and procedures, with the ability to review complex documents
• Understanding of clinical trial agreements, budgets, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel and basic proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
