Job Summary
Owning assigned brand remittances, the full-time Financial Operations Analyst will validate and prepare remittance data, serve as the primary contact for remittance inquiries, and collaborate on data and automation projects in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end remittance processes, including data validation and preparation
- Reconcile sales activity to payment data and document resolutions for discrepancies
- Lead data and automation improvements by partnering with Development and Engineering teams
Required qualifications
- Four to six years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a related analytical role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using AI for data analysis and automation
- Understanding of data movement between source systems and reports
- Experience with QuickBooks or NetSuite and BI platforms such as Tableau or Looker is preferred
