Financial Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the billing, accounts payable, and procurement functions, the full-time Financial Operations Manager will own and enhance the company's end-to-end operations, ensuring accurate and timely billing and vendor payments, while leveraging systems such as NetSuite and ZoneBilling in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end monthly invoicing processes and ensure accuracy through validation controls and reconciliations
• Manage the accounts payable cycle, enforcing controls and ensuring timely payment execution
• Continuously refine procurement strategies and workflows to optimize efficiency and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in billing, accounts payable, procurement, or revenue operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Hands-on proficiency with Zone Billing, NetSuite, Avalara, and Ramp
• Advanced proficiency with AI tools and LLMs applied to financial operations
• Demonstrated experience in building controls and documented procedures that scale
